This bar is made with award-winning beans from En. Mispari Ramli’s farm, a town in the district of Sabak Bernam of Selangor.

The original flavor profile and naturally fruity notes of cacao are often lost during the roasting process, which creates the characteristic “chocolatey” flavor. We make this bar without roasting to preserve the cacao’s true natural flavor, shaped by the climate and terroir where it is grown, as well as the care taken by the producer in cultivating and processing it.
