Local Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders over RM150. For orders below RM150, we charge RM12 for delivery within Klang Valley and RM15 for outstation.

We add ice and insulation to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We ship the orders on business days Monday thru Thursday to prevent the package from sitting idle at the courier.

Despatch is via our reliable delivery partners to ensure your chocolate reaches you in good condition.

Unfortunately we do not have total control on the shipping carrier that we use. Hence, we are not responsible for any delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time without notice.

We do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable since they are a food item.

International Shipping Policy
We ship products to Singapore.

We offer free shipping to Singapore for orders above SGD76 or RM250.

For orders below SGD76 or RM250, shipping costs approximately SGD9 or RM30.

For the rest of the world, we are working on getting this set up.

Amazaqué Chocolates is not to be held responsible for any custom dutieor charges levied on the shipment. This will have to be paid by the customer. We do not control and are not liable for any additional taxes or charges levied by your country on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an importer).
